A lovely stay, with fantastic views of Sorrento and Vesuvius.

The views are stunning, the breakfast selection was great and the hotel had all the facilities that we required.

A little further out of town than we had originally thought, but a shuttle bus is available to and from the hotel.

Good value and comfortable rooms to come back to after long day tours.

Beautiful grounds and very friendly staff with breathtaking ocean views. Very convenient shuttle service throughout the day to the town square.

Tired/outfated pool grounds, needs updating. Housekeeping service barely made the beds and floors were always sticky.

Would definitely come back.

Very clean hotel!!!! Awesome view!!! There was a staff member at the hotel(young & speaks English) I didn’t ask for his name but he was very helpful & offered exceptional service OMARI at the reception was exceptional. His service was top notch. Management & Omari was very concerned when mum fell ill & they called an ambulance. I will forever be grateful.

We took the staff bus at 10:30am on the day of check out. The bus driver was extremely arrogant. More so to my mum who is almost 80yrs. She was unable to climb the bus and he wanted to leave her behind ( who does that???) instead of assisting her.

Very Good

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend booking the room with a sea view and balcony - the views were beautiful! A complimentary Shuttle bus service to Sorrento centre was great. The only downside would be that you cannot get to the center on foot as there is no footpath leading to the hotel. So if you need something in the shop you will have to get the shuttle bus - it is no problem as the buses are frequent. Taxis for a 10 mins drive into Sorrento center were pricey at 35EUR one way - so its great to have the bus included. Pool was big and breakfast had a good selection. We loved our stay

Fantastic view and lovely pool. Big family room with loads of storage and big bathroom. The shuttle bus into town is a godsend. All staff very friendly.

Great place to chill

Great rooms. Fabulous shower. Pool was good but a bit busy at times. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very helpful. A bit of a trek from Sorrento central but there’s a free and regular shuttle bus.

Good chill with great view

Great view from the whole building (and the balconies). Very big, spacious hotel. Good cleaning staff. Nice pool, terrace. Perfect place to chill. Free bus transfer is a good option to get from the hill to the city centre/Sorrento train station/beach etc

Breakfast was very disappointing… Maybe for the elderly UK people it was good enough but to my mind it’s a shame to serve this kind of breakfast in Italy…

Amazing views from Hotel

Pool area was lovely. Free bus down to town centre. Staff in restaurant were top class. I injured my foot and they brought me coffee and food to my table. Nothing was a problem

Breakfast was awful. Glad I wasn’t full board. Eggs were like soup. Reception staff not great. We came home from a day at Capri and I had injured myself falling downstairs. We asked if we could have some ice up to our room and we were told to go to the Bar… he could see I could hardly walk.

Look forward to returning

The views from our suite were incredible. The room was spacious. Water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast offered an expansive selection to choose from. Pool area was lovely. Room was cleaned daily with no issue. The shuttle was always on time. No complaints. The hotel is in a quieter area with not much flexibility to roam freely and sit at a café in the morning. That said, it wasn't a deal breaker. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning!

Would have been nice to have a variety store on site for incidentals like sunscreen, bandaid, water, snacks.

Great hotel in Sorrento. Not in the middle of the crowd, beautiful view and great breakfast

The breakfast is good, the view is insanely beautiful and the pool is big enough. Loved the hotel!

We only had a little incident that was solved promptly by the staff. So there’s nothing to point out. Thanks a lot for the stay.

Good

The hotel is beautiful, pool is nice and the shuttle is very convenient. But if I’m coming to a “beach” location, I expect to return to cool accommodations and not wake up in a heat sweat every night.

Hotel is beautiful, however we had two big problems that were pointed out but never fixed. First, our shower was not draining and overflowed onto the bathroom floor - even after a quick 3 minute rinse off. We told front desk but it was never fixed. Second, it was incredibly hot. The a/c in our room either didn’t work or the a/c in general Was terrible. We had someone come up but all he did was check the thermostat and say “it’s working”. We had to sleep without sheets every night and still woke up pouring sweat. Unless the a/c is working, I’d definitely not come back, especially in summer months.
